
Like many, my fitness journey started when I grew tired of feeling self-conscious about my body and my appearance. I knew it was finally time to hold myself accountable and begin working towards the body that I wanted and aspired to have. Now, a few years into my fitness journey I feel better than I ever have and still working towards being the best version of myself. Balancing a healthy lifestyle while also enjoying life outside the gym has helped me both physically and mentally.
My personal fitness journey is what motivated me to obtain my personal training certification. I love to help people, and I want to help people reach their fitness goals and begin living a healthier life-style.
